A Juicy, resinous, and profoundly beautiful with its golden color. Fusion packs a punch of citra hops. We added some Citra Incognito and Citra Lupomax hops that boost its profile to the next level.

A big red ale with a generous helping of late addition hops. Named by Trevor's son, Adam, when he was 6 years old. It retains the original spelling. Hops include Amarillo and Centennial.
Our Christmas Milk Stout. Made with 7 different malts including Apple Wood smoked malt, this beer has an array of flavor in every layer. To build onto the flavor complexity of this beer we added a few gallons of Maine maple syrup locally sourced from Maple Rush Sugar House directly at flameout and dosed it with lactose for a very silky body. After resting for a few weeks in a secondary fermenter, we hit it with cinnamon just before kegging, introducing the perfect Christmas beer.
