This pale lager boasts a golden color with a dense, creamy white head that lasts. It features a delightful bready malt character and a slightly floral and herbal hop profile.
A crisp, clean, easy drinking pale ale with a generous charge of late addition Mosaic Hops to deliver hoppy flavor and aroma. (Mosaic in dry hop)
Juicy, resinous, and profoundly beautiful with its golden color. Fusion packs a punch of citra hops. We added some Citra Incognito and Citra Lupomax hops that boost its profile to the next level.
Our flagship IPA - A well rounded, double dry hopped New England Style IPA packed with hops including Chinook, Citra & Simcoe.
A juicy New England IPA, excessively dry hopped with Galaxy and Mosaic hops.
A big red ale with a generous helping of late addition hops. Named by Trevor's son, Adam, when he was 6 years old. It retains the original spelling. Hops include Amarillo and Centennial.
This year’s version was aged for an entire year in bourbon and rye whiskey barrels — four times as long as usual — allowing the flavors to deepen into an incredibly smooth, complex blend. Brewed with a heavy amount of oats and 5 gallons of maple syrup, this year’s Lucifer delivers rich notes of maple, vanilla, chocolate, roasted malt, and whiskey, making it one of our most indulgent and memorable releases yet.
Will be on tap soon.
Hazy and golden with a smooth, creamy body, this refreshing wheat beer features bright citrus from Curaçao orange peel and a hint of spice from Indian coriander and grains of paradise. Lightly sweet and fruity with a clean finish.
A stout full of character, dark and roasty with chocolate notes. Made with Centennial hops and finished with a vanilla inclusion.
Our Christmas Milk Stout. Made with 7 different malts including Apple Wood smoked malt, this beer has an array of flavor in every layer. To build onto the flavor complexity of this beer we added a few gallons of Maine maple syrup locally sourced from Maple Rush Sugar House directly at flameout and dosed it with lactose for a very silky body. After resting for a few weeks in a secondary fermenter, we hit it with cinnamon just before kegging, introducing the perfect Christmas beer.
